FRIENDS OF CONINGHAM RECREATION AREA

2013 Annual Report Synopsis

12 volunteers contributed 446 hours of weed removal in the reserve.  In addition three volunteers worked on the Wildsc’ool project with Snug Primary School twice a month for 6 months. 

Grants received this year were:

Landcare Biodiversity Grant rouond 2 - $17,215

Wildcare Inc gave us 2 grants.  One for the design and construction of signs by Snug Wildsc'ool and one to top up an NRM grant received in 2012 for spraying Spanish heaty

Landcare Assistance Program - $250

PWS continued to provide wonderful support for Wildsc’ool, on ground works and publicity.
